AI UGC Video Maker ("we") is operated by Ratio Visuals LLC. By using the service you agree to these terms and to our AI ad rules.
The service
You give us a product link or product photos; we use third-party AI models to write scripts, generate AI actors holding your product, generate voices, synchronise lips and assemble video files. Results vary; AI output can contain mistakes, and you must review every ad before you publish it.
Your content and your ads
You confirm you have the right to use the product photos, names and claims you give us. You own the finished ads and may use them commercially, including after you cancel. You give us a licence to process your content only to make your ads and run the service. We don't use your product photos to market our service without your written permission.
Accounts, credits and payments
Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Credits are added on each paid month and roll over up to two months' worth while you stay subscribed; unused plan credits end when the plan ends. Top-up credits never expire. Refunds follow our refund policy. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes where applicable.
Acceptable use
Follow the AI ad rules. We may suspend accounts that break them, attempt to abuse the free ad, or resell access.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not responsible for how ad platforms review or run your ads.
