Refunds and cancelling

Cancel any time

Open Billing and choose "Manage plan", then "Cancel plan". Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, and you keep every ad you made.

Full refund in the first 7 days

If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and you have made no more than one ad on the plan, press "Refund and cancel" on the Billing page. We refund the full amount automatically; banks usually show it in 5 to 10 business days.

Why the one-ad limit: every ad costs us real money to film with the AI providers. After you have made several ads, we can't take that cost back.

Renewals and top-ups

Monthly renewals are not refundable once the new month has started, but you can cancel before the renewal date. Top-up credit packs are not refundable and never expire.

Failed ads

If an ad fails to render, its credits return to your account automatically.
