Is it really my product in the video?
Yes. We use your product photos as the reference, so the actor holds your bottle, jar or box with its label. Clear photos on a plain background work best. Small text on labels can come out slightly soft, the same as on a real phone video.
How long does one ad take?
About ten minutes at standard speed, most of it spent syncing the lips to the voice. Queue several at once, close the page, and we email you as each one is ready. A Fast option films the ad in short pieces at the same time and joins them at pauses in the speech: in our test the lip-sync step of a 13-second ad took about 3 minutes instead of 7, and it varies with how busy the AI service is. Fast costs a few more credits and may show a small jump cut where pieces meet.
Is there an API?
Yes. Create a key under Settings, API keys, and you can look up actors, voices and prices, add products, create ads and download them from your own code. A key acts as your workspace and spends its credits, so give it only the scopes it needs (read, generate). The API is described at /api/docs, and there is an MCP connector so an AI assistant can make ads for you.
What if an ad fails?
Your credits come back automatically, every time.
Can I use my own face or a creator's face?
No. We only use AI actors, so nobody's likeness is used without consent. If none of our actors fits, describe a new fictional one and we make it for you for 1 credit.
Do I have to say it is AI?
Meta and TikTok ask advertisers to label realistic AI content, and the FTC does not allow fake testimonials. Turn on the platform's AI label and don't present the actor as a real customer. Our rules page explains it in plain English.
Which stores can it read?
Shopify stores and most stores that publish standard product data. Amazon and some big retailers block reading; upload 1 to 3 photos and type the product name instead.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your billing page, in two clicks. Your plan runs to the end of the month (or year) you paid for. If you cancel within 7 days and made no more than one ad, you get all your money back automatically.
Which languages can the actors speak?
English (US), Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Italian, plus Hindi, Arabic, Indonesian, Dutch, Turkish, Filipino / Tagalog, Polish, Bulgarian, Romanian, Czech, Greek, Croatian, Malay, Slovak, Danish, Russian, Tamil, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Swedish, Finnish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Hungarian, Catalan, Lithuanian, Slovenian, Swahili, Latvian, Estonian, whose voice tracks we checked by transcribing them back; those checks used our backup voice. Hindi, Swedish, Finnish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Hungarian, Catalan, Lithuanian, Slovenian, Swahili, Latvian, Estonian are voice-checked via fal backup. Accent and fluency have not been checked by a native speaker. Pick a language and the script is rewritten in it; the voice and captions follow. 2 languages (Icelandic, Afrikaans) remain in preview: scripts and captions are supported, but their voice has not passed our check. English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Arabic also come in regional accents (for example British, Mexican or Quebec).
Can I make photo ads too?
Yes. A photo ad is the actor holding your product as a still image, in 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1. It costs 1 credit and is ready in about two minutes.
Do you do app ads?
Yes. Choose the App demo style and add screenshots of your app as the product photos; the actor shows your app on their phone.
Who owns the ads?
You do. Use them in any ad, on any platform, even after you cancel.
