AI ad rules

AI UGC Video Maker makes ads with AI actors. These rules protect you, your ad accounts and the people who watch your ads. By making an ad you agree to them.

1. AI actors only

• Every actor in the library is AI-generated. We do not use real people's faces or voices.
• You may not upload, describe or imitate a real person, celebrity, public figure, influencer or employee, and you may not try to clone anyone's voice.

2. No fake customers or fake reviews

• Don't present an AI actor as a real customer, a verified buyer, an expert or a doctor.
• Don't add captions or text such as "real review", "not sponsored" or "verified purchase".
• The US Federal Trade Commission's rule on fake reviews and testimonials (16 CFR Part 465) forbids testimonials from people who don't exist or never used the product. Our "my experience" style is a dramatization: treat it as one.

3. Label AI content

• Meta asks advertisers to disclose realistic AI-generated or altered content, and turns on "AI info" labels. TikTok requires AI-generated content to be labelled. Use those labels when you run these ads.
• Videos we make do not carry an AI watermark on paid plans; labelling is your responsibility.

4. Claims must be true

• Our script writer only uses facts from your product page, and you are responsible for every claim in your final script.
• No medical, health, weight-loss, financial or income promises unless you can legally make them. No ads for prohibited products under Meta's or TikTok's advertising policies.

5. Products you are allowed to sell

Only make ads for products you own or are authorised to advertise. Don't use other brands' trademarks to imply an endorsement.

6. What happens if rules are broken

We may refuse a script, remove content and close accounts that break these rules, without refund for the misuse. Report misuse to info@ratiovisuals.net.
